Why is my booking status pending after payment?
Once you’ve made a booking and paid, it’s normal to see a pending status on your bookings page. Before the end time, the tutor will get a notification and has to accept or decline the bookin, which will reflect on your booking status.
First, if the tutor accepts before the deadline, then they would have to message the student first to discuss a few guidelines or create a class straight away and the tutoring session will begin. Once the session has been carried out, the student has a deadline to take action by pressing the Done button on the bookings page. Here, the payment will then be transferred to the tutor.
Second, if the tutor goes beyond the end date and doesn't respond or declines the booking, then it will be canceled and the payment will not continue forward to the tutor. The amount will then be transferred back to your balance.
