What happens when the student miss a lesson?
If a student misses any lesson, no refunds will be made (case-by-case basis). However, students are able to connect with their respective tutors on Cudy to re-schedule a makeup class.
We’re currently working on an upgraded system that allows online lessons to be recorded to reduce student’s inconvenience when they miss a class.
