Will the tutor be involved in a student's refund process?

No, the tutor will not. The tutors are only responsible for the teaching and learning process you are going to conduct. A student's refund only involves the student concerned with Cudy.

Please keep in mind that all refund requests are subject to Cudy's refund policy. The company has the final say to determine whether you are rightfully qualified or not for a full refund.
