My student isn't present in the class or session - What should I do?

The buffer time for the tutors to wait would be 15 minutes or for the agreed waiting time of both the tutor and student beforehand. Over this stated time period, if the student is still not present, then they have given up their rights to have a refund and the tutor will be paid fully.

We’re currently working on an upgraded system that allows online lessons to be recorded to reduce any inconvenience for users and monitor attendance.
