For tutors, when will the payout request be processed?
Cudy processes all payout requests every 15th day and on the last day of the month (two times a month).
You will have to submit a payout request before the 14th day at 11.59 pm and the day prior to the last day of the month at 11.59 pm
If a tutor submits a request on/after the 15th day and the last day of the month, they will have to wait till the upcoming 15th or the last day of the month, whichever is earlier, for the payout request to be processed.
Once the payout request has been processed by Cudy, it will take approximately 5 days for the payout amount to be transferred to your bank account.
